We will read Star in a Jar by Sam Hay and then learn about the different types of stars and what they need to “eat” so they can shine as bright as they do. Each child will be able to adopt their own star in a jar complete with its very own care instructions.

Each participant will receive
-A plush star in a jar (jars are plastic and stars are made from
soft fabric and hypoallergenic stuffing)

– This includes information on the kind of star
they have and what that type of star uses to
live.
