Lets Make a Constellation! In February we are learning all about the pictures in our skies! We will read Follow the Drinking Gourd (Jeanette Winter) and learn all about how people have used stars and stories throughout the years. We will look at our star projector, so the room will be a little dark for part of the program. Participants will then have the chance to create their own constellation and make up their own stories!
Pricing: $100 per group of students, an extra $20 will be charged for each additional 5 students
What will you receive:
1) A design your own constellation sheet
2) Extra constellation sheets
What will your child learn:
1) What a constellation is
2) Why constellations and stories are important to us
3) How to find Orion/tips and tricks for finding constellations
Little Wings focuses is all about Early Childhood. Participants will hear a story, learn through hands-on activities, and go home with something new each time. We focus on asking questions, learning through doing, and adult/child bonding.
