Description

The Museum of Bronx History is housed in the Valentine-Varian House which was built in 1763. The museum's permanent exhibits focus on the colonial and revolutionary war history, while rotating exhibits focus on other time periods. During a museum tour, students are able to use objects from everyday life in the mid-18th century to get a sense of what life was like at the time.
