Description

Cliveden, or the Benjamin Chew House, was occupied by the British during the Battle of Germantown in 1777, and the house itself remained standing through the battle. It was home to the Chew Family until 1972. Students visiting Cliveden have the opportunity to participate in programming around the revolutionary war.
