Pumpkin Patch

Fall 2024 special for school groups, limited availability

Bring your school group to QBG’s Pumpkin Patch for the quintessential fall experience! This group rate of $350 per group includes admission to both the Pumpkin Patch and Queens Botanical Garden as a whole.

When? Mondays through Fridays from Tuesday, October 15 to Friday, October 25 during the following 30-minute time slots:

• 10:00 AM – 10:30 AM
• 10:45 AM – 11:15 AM
• 11:30 AM – 12:00 PM

Must arrive on time, otherwise your visit in the pumpkin patch will be shortened, as it is important that we stay on schedule. If you arrive earlier than scheduled, please explore the rest of QBG until your Patch start time.

What comes with your visit?

30-minute pumpkin picking and exploration inside of Pumpkin Patch, which entails:

• One pumpkin per student and one for the classroom.
• Bring Your Own Bag/Backpack for pumpkins!
• Opportunities to take harvest-themed photo opportunities with your class.

Outside of the bounds of the Pumpkin Patch itself, students are welcome to further explore and participate in the following:

• Decoration Station
• Kids Fall Stories: help yourself to our outdoor library of books to read to your class or allow students to read on their own
• “Chalk Walk”: We will have chalk available to draw and create art in designated pathways

Before or after your Patch visit, you are welcome to eat lunch on the grounds and further explore the rest of Queens Botanical Garden, weather permitting. We do not have an indoor lunch facility.
