Thomas Jefferson's Monticello Availabilities

In our 45-minute Digital History Lab (DHL), students explore Monticello through the eyes of a historian with the help of an expert guide. Utilizing digital tools including Monticello 360° and a collection of primary source documents and objects, students will consider how we know what we know and investigate this historic site through multiple lenses. Supplemented with a robust set of resources and lesson activities, students will have the opportunity to engage with their guide, learn more about the historical process, and deepen their understanding of Monticello’s enduring significance.
