Description

With 385 acres of Catskills forest, streams, and farmland, the Ashokan Center offers a special blend of geologic, natural, and human history. Our mission is to nurture hearts and minds for the challenge of tomorrow, through shared experiences in nature, history, music, and the arts. We offer year-round overnight and day-trip education programs for elementary, middle, and high school students, and work closely with principals, teachers, and parents from our visiting schools to create the best possible experience for every student.
