South Street Seaport Museum 40.706566° N -74.00358° W

Description

South Street Seaport Museum tells the story of how New York’s great natural harbor gave rise to the metropolis we know today. Central to the story of New York City is the story of the ships, the people that sailed them, the cargoes they carried, and the businesses that served them. Children visiting the seaport have the opportunity to board the ships, work with interactive exhibits and view the galleries.
