Open Build is a hands-on work session designed for classes already engaged in STEM challenges, invention units, capstone projects, or similar assignments. Students arrive with project ideas or in-progress prototypes and leave with real-world skills that empower them to build with purpose. Whether they need to refine a cardboard model, fabricate parts with wood or textiles, or just think through the next steps of their design challenge, our staff will guide them through tools and techniques they’ll take back to your classroom and beyond.
