Description

Since its inception in 2008, the CELL, a nonprofit, nonpartisan institute, has provided a comprehensive look at the threat of terrorism and violent extremism and how individuals can play a role in preventing it. Through its acclaimed exhibit in Denver, Colorado, distinguished speaker series, and training programs, the CELL provides an important service in enhancing the safety and security of our nation. Many of the CELL’s initiatives complement the critical efforts set forth by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and have been nationally recognized. All programs, including guided exhibit tours, meet Colorado Academic Standards.

CELL Exhibit Group Tours

Now open! The newly redesigned CELL Exhibit addresses the most pressing national and global security issues today. Through extensive interactive displays and multimedia presentations, visitors investigate the root causes of violent extremism and learn effective prevention strategies. They explore how world leaders weaponize words and impact global stability and how state-sponsored terrorism impacts the domestic violent extremist landscape. Visitors will leave empowered to champion change for a safer, more inclusive community. Guided exhibit tours meet Colorado Academic Standards in Social Studies, Comprehensive Health, and Reading, Writing, and Communicating. $7/person for school groups and $10/person for corporate/adult groups. Limited scholarships available for schools; please inquire.

CELL 365 Briefing Series

Give your students the opportunity to interact with leaders in the fields of national security, foreign policy, and homeland security. These dynamic programs can be customized to address current world affairs and include a presentation by a subject matter expert followed by Q&A with students. The program can be hosted virtually, at your organization, or at the CELL Exhibit.
