Cooper Hewitt, Smithsonian Design Museum is the only museum in the nation devoted exclusively to historic and contemporary design. Housed in the Andrew Carnegie Mansion on Fifth Avenue in New York City, the museum's collection includes more than 210,000 design objects. Students visiting will have the chance to participate in a design thinking workshop and visit interactive exhibits.
