Curious about what it’s like to be a real-life opera singer, production manager, stage manager, director, conductor, stage makeup artist, wig maker, props artisan, stage combat choreographer, or any other of the myriad of jobs in the world of opera? Have one “visit” your classroom using a video conferencing platform such as Zoom or Google Classroom. Spanish-speaking artists are available to visit bilingual (Spanish-English) classrooms. Central City Opera's Education programs travel to your venue for engaging and interactive opera performances. Our Summer Opera Festival takes place at the Opera House in Central City, while our touring programs travel all over Colorado and into Wyoming. New virtual programs have been added to our line-up to enhance online learning. Scholarships are available to subsidize fees.
