Description
Discover the vast diversity in the insect world, review insects’ basic characteristics, and explore the essential roles insects fulfill in our environments. This program includes a look at our indoor beehives and discussions of bees and butterflies and their life cycles. Observe adaptations for survival, finding food and pollination. Ample time will be spent outdoors exploring.

Indian Creek Nature Center has been a home for outdoor immersive education since its founding in 1973. Below you can find a listing of group experiences, such as field trips and birthday parties, that includes information on subjects, grade levels and capacity.
