From Bystander to Ally: The Drama of Community Building

Description

Our signature in-school workshop teaches students the importance of becoming upstanders in our communities and is designed to align with curriculum standards in social studies, ELA, character education, theater arts, and social and emotional learning. Through role-playing activities, students will understand the roles people play in instances of intolerance, both in past and present.The workshop is appropriate for students in grades 5-12, and is modified according to grade level. We are able to offer up to 4 sessions per school, for classes capped at 35 students per class.
