Ceramics Hand-building for Learning Pods (4-part program)

Description

Students explore the tactile art of hand-building with clay, learning the proper use of tools, sculpting techniques, surface design and glazing. All projects are kiln fired and will be cherished for years to come! Available for pods of up to 6 kids with 1 adult present. One hour class meets 4 times in the ceramics studio. Includes glazing and firing. Registration includes free admission to visit Museum galleries in-person following the lesson, at your own convenience. All participants must adhere to MAM’s Covid-19 guidelines including mask wearing.

Available Tuesdays 10-11 a.m., Wednesdays 2:30-3:30 p.m. and 4-5 p.m., Fridays 2:30-3:30 p.m.
