Brain Breaks
Description
Sometimes you just need to take a break, take a breath, and get creative. That’s where Brain Breaks come in. These short, interactive sessions are designed to get you up and moving, learning about music and the arts. Available as a series of ten 5-8 minute episodes, Brain Breaks will spark creative thinking and set the tone for the rest of your day. ($75 per school group)

Our vibrant array of programming includes touring productions of classic operas, lectures and in-school workshops customized to practically any topic, field trips to the Ellie Caulkins Opera House in downtown Denver, and much more.
Each performance comes with free, downloadable lesson plans that align with Colorado Academic Standards. Opera Colorado offers both live and digital programs.
