21 Acres Center for Local Food & Sustainable Living 47.7502° N -122.157° W

Description

Campus is currently closed to visitors, with the exception of the Farm Market and volunteers.

21 Acres is a center for sustainable agriculture education and collective action. We offer a range of food and farm-based programs, workshops, events, and tours within the farm, market, and LEED Platinum-certified building.

In response to COVID-19 and exciting pivots in our organization’s structure and programs, we are pausing all our youth programs. While this was a very hard decision, we are confident it will allow us to better focus our programming and resources. We will not be hosting field trips this fall (virtual or on campus). Instead, please explore our Virtual Youth Learning page and use our pre-recorded Virtual Farm Field Trips and these farm-based education resources in your classrooms and at home.

We also offer live virtual learning events for adults -- kids welcome to join! From learning about the features of our LEED Platinum Certified building to walks on the farm, tool care to cooking and more, check out our free events here.
